ספר סליחות בפורמט גדול, כולל תפילת שחרית, עם סדר הסליחות המלא, דינים ופירוש ב"אשכנזית" (יידיש באותיות צו"ר; לסדר הסליחות בלבד), וסדר כפרות.
שני שערים, הראשון מאוייר בדמויות אברהם, יצחק, יעקב (חלום הסולם) ויונה הנביא (יתכן וכרמז לשם המו"ל רבי יונה ווילשטט).
[2], רסא דף. 24 ס"מ. מצב טוב. כתמים רבים, בהם כתמי רטיבות. כריכת עור מקורית, עם עיטורים מוזהבים בשדרה. פגמים, בלאי וסימני שפשוף רבים בכריכה.
