מכתב מאת האדמו"ר רבי מנחם מענדל שניאורסון, הרבי מליובאוויטש, חתום בחתימת יד קדשו. ברוקלין, ניו יורק, כ"ז תשרי תשמ"ב [1981].
מודפס במכונת כתיבה על נייר מכתבים רשמי של הרבי, חתום בחתימת יד קדשו, ובתוספת בכתב-ידו.
נשלח אל משפחת עציון-הולצברג בירושלים, לאחר פטירת ד"ר יצחק רפאל הלוי עציון-הולצברג (1885-1981) - בן למשפחת סולובייצ'יק, איש חינוך ופעיל בתנועת "המזרחי", חתן פרס ישראל לחינוך (1979). במכתבו מביע הרבי את תנחומיו: "המקום ינחם אתכם... ומכאן ולהבא אך טוב וחסד ימצא אתכם תמיד כל הימים".
בסוף המכתב, לפני "בברכה", הוסיף הרבי בכתב יד קדשו את המילה "בכבוד".
