מכתב מאת האדמו"ר רבי יוסף יצחק שניאורסון – הריי"ץ מליובאוויטש, חתום בחתימת ידו. ברוקלין, ניו-יורק, י"ג כסלו תש"י [1949].
מודפס במכונת כתיבה על נייר מכתבים רשמי של האדמו"ר הריי"ץ. חתום בחתימת יד קדשו "יוסף יצחק", עם האות יו"ד בכתיבה אשורית (בתחילת שמו השני) - חתימתו המיוחדת בשנה האחרונה לחייו.
המכתב נשלח אל הרב עזריאל זליג סלונים, במענה על הודעתו בדבר מצב בריאותו של הרב מנחם מענדל הכהן (ייתכן ומדובר ברב מנחם מענדל פלדמן, תר"פ-תשס"ט, חתן הרב אליהו יאכיל סימפסון. משלוחי הריי"ץ לעיר בולטימור, בה כיהן כרב במשך למעלה משישים שנה).
במכתבו כותב הריי"ץ: "להושיב ג' אנשים מאוהביו שיחליטו בזה והשי"ת יחוס וירחם וישלח לו רפואה".
המכתב שלפנינו לא נדפס באגה"ק להריי"ץ.
