חמישה מטבעות של חמישה סנט (ניקל) שהתקבלו מהאדמו"ר רבי מנחם מענדל שניאורסון – הרבי מליובאוויטש.
מצורף אישור חתום: "חמשת מטבעות ניקל אלו קיבלתי מידיו של הרבי בשנות ה-70 לתתם לצדקה. המרתי את חמשתם ונתתי אחרים במקומם [לצדקה]".
