שני כרכים. כרך ראשון: [4], רנא, טז [צ"ל יז] דף. כרך שני: [1], א, ג-רפ (ספירה משובשת, ללא חסרון). 19.5 ס"מ. מצב טוב-בינוני. כתמים. סימני עש, עם פגיעות קלות בטקסט. כריכות עור עתיקות, פגומות ומנותקות עם בלאי רב וסימני עש (שדרות קרועות וחסרות).
