Letter handwritten and signed by R. Chaim Ozer Grodzinski. Vilna, Sivan 1911.
The letter (note) is addressed to the rabbis in charge of a certain public fund, with a request to transfer money deposited in the fund to the person it was intended for.
The letter was crossed out with two lines, presumably after the money was passed on.
