מכתב מאת האדמו"ר רבי מנחם מנדל שניאורסון – הרבי מליובאוויטש, חתום בחתימת יד קדשו. ברוקלין, ניו יורק, ה' שבט תשכ"ה [1965].
מודפס במכונת כתיבה על נייר מכתבים רשמי של הרבי, חתום בחתימת יד קדשו, בתוספת מילה בכתב-ידו.
נשלח אל הרה"ג יעקב אשר פלדמן, ראש כולל "מטה אהרון" ומחבר הספר "כתב משה". במכתבו מברך הרבי: "השי"ת ימלא ימי הריונה כשורה ובנקל ותלד זחו"ק [זרעא חייא וקיימא] בעתה ובזמנה כשורה ובקל", ומוסיף בעצה: "מהנכון לבדוק התפלין וכן המזוזות בדירתה... שתהיינה כשירות כדין" (המילה "בדירתה" נוספה בכתב-יד קדשו).
