מכתב מאת האדמו"ר רבי מנחם מנדל שניאורסון – הרבי מליובאוויטש, חתום בחתימת יד קדשו. ברוקלין, ניו יורק, כ"ו תמוז תשי"ד [1954].
מודפס במכונת כתיבה על נייר מכתבים רשמי של הרבי, וחתום בחתימת יד קדשו.
המכתב נשלח אל הרה"ח אברהם אלי' פרידמאן בבני-ברק. במכתבו מייעץ הרבי: "... ידרשו לחוות דעת עוד מומחים בברכה לרפואה", ומברך: "והשי"ת ישלח דברו וירפאהו, ואחכה לבשו"ט. בברכה לרפו"ק [לרפואה קרובה]".
