דיו על קלף. המחצית השניה של המאה ה-18 כתיבה נאה במיוחד,
גובה הקלף: 41.5 ס"מ. גובה הכתיבה 34 ס"מ בקירוב. 37 שורות בעמוד. מצב בינוני. כתמים, דהיית דיו במקומות רבים, אותיות מתפוררות, קרע על הטקסט בעמוד הראשון.
