Front reproduces Ensor's painting ”My Favorite Room” (Tel Aviv Museum of Art), with the two joint-issue stamps affixed — the Belgium 17-franc and the Israel 2.30-NIS — each cancelled with its respective Ensor special postmark: Brussels 15-05-1999 and Tel Aviv-Yafo 16-05-1999. Reverse carries explanatory text in Hebrew and English. Condition: fine — clean leaf, both stamps intact with clear cancels, light handling. An attractive dual-country art issue.
