The cartouches are linked and the upper body is chased and pierced with partly projecting acanthus leaves. Topped with a ball finial. Additionally decorated with colored stones. Inscribed in Hebrew �An eternal memory for the soul of my righteous mother Pfenniger Reizel the daughter of Chaim of blessed memory. She passed away on 26 Tammuz 5686 (= 1926) I will remember her for all eternity, Nachum Pfeniger� 13� tall. The shield is inscribed with only the name Nachum Pheniger and decorated with scrolling designs and Keter Torah. Pfenniger." 12� tall.
