This is a very early signature of R. Yosef Chaim Sonnenfeld. The document in question deals with the transfer of money from the office of the Vaad HaShechitah to the director of the Shoneh Halachot synagogue as payment for use of their premises for the Vaad’s meetings. The other signer of the document is R. Yaakov Blumenthal.
