Yelena Falkovsky was born in Ukraine,
Many works are in private collections in Ukraine, America and Israel.
She started drawing from her childhood, studied at an art school under the guidance of the artist Monin Yaakov.
In her youth she participated in youth art exhibitions. Studied at the Pedagogical School in Ukraine and taught painting classes at the school, immigrated to Israel in 1994
