Book signed and inscribed, being a hardback edition of Selected Speeches and Articles, Russian text edition published in Moscow, 1979. Signed and dated by Andropov to the front free endpaper in blue ink and with a presentation inscription to Nikolai Emokhonov. With a dark green binding and gilt stamped title to the front and spine.
