Vintage Eretz Israel postcard Public awaiting Balfour at Triumph Gate, Ordmann
Eretz Israel-Palestina vintage 1920's era color picture postcard " Public awaiting Balfour near the Triumph Gate", with English & Hebrew text/subtitles; number #91 of the series, by Moshe Ordmann of Tel Aviv. From original photograph taken during James Balfour's visit in Tel Aviv, March 1925; here being greeted by an honor guard of the Maccabi sports organzation in early Tel Aviv at a gate called in Hebrew "Honor Gate", and crowds of residents around. Unused.
