דואר צבאי ממלחמת השחרור שנשלח ב-04-08-1948 מחייל ב”כבא” דואר צבאי 276 (חטיבת עודד, ה-9, בצפון-מזרח הארץ) למען בתל אביב, ללא ביול מפי שסומן כ”בשירות פעיל”; עבר דרך משרד דואר צבאי 6 בראש פינה; עם הערה בכתב יד שהגיע ב-09-08-1948 - War of Independence era army mail: 4 Aug 1948 postmarked stampless ”on active service” cover from soldier at KABA 276 (9th Oded Brigade, in the north east) to addressee in TEL AVIV; tied on front by the unit's triangular cachet & postmarked via APO 6 (ROSH PINNA); opened gently at back; with 9 Aug 48 arrival docketed on front. At this time the unit was in between major operations which took place in June-July and October-November.
