RUSSIAN SET OF 3 PORCELAIN PLATES BY KORNILOV FOR TIFFANY
Set of three porcelain dinner plates produced by Kornilov Brothers Porcelain Factory for Tiffany & Co., St Petersburg, ca. 1900-1917. The borders are decorated with stylized pan-Slavic motifs in blue, red, pale yellow and green, probably after the designs by Ivan Galnbek (1855 - 1934). Marked on reverse with transfer printed factory mark and the inscription 'J.H.V., Made in Russia by Kornilow Bros., ' inscribed with a pattern number '99.'
Dimensions: D: 9 7/16 in., (24 cm.)
