A BELGIUM 19TH CEN. PEPPERMILL PISTOL WITH ENGRAVED BARRELS
Engraved Belgian pepperbox percussion pistol. The pistol has an eight-barrel cluster, without provisions for a percussion nipple shield. A Liege ELG proof is stamped between two percussion nipples. Underhammer double action with ring trigger. The frame features a broad scroll engraving, The serial number 149 is at the top. Fitted with smooth ebony grips. The metal surfaces have a smooth beautiful patina. The engraving is clear. The grips are very good.
Dimensions: L: 7 1/2 in., (19 cm.)
Condition: Very good, a small crack on one handle. Excellent action.
