British antique hand bowl
I bought it at a British antique shop over 20 years ago.It becomes a bowl with two hands, but there are also three spherical feet on the bottom.around 1930.It was a manufactured antique item.There is an EPNS stamp on the bottom, so this material is non-Japanese.You can see that it is Kelsilver (nickel silver plated product).There is one mark on the inside where it was glued to the leg.
