An Extremely Rare Pair of Brass Tefillin Boxes, Eastern Europe, Late 18th/Early 19th Century
Finely etched and engraved with foliate motifs, one engraved "Shel Yad" (Hand) and the other "Shel Rosh" (Head). Each signed in etching SF and numbered 2 and 3, respectively.
Height: 5.5 cm, length: 8.5 cm, width: 5.8 cm (each)
