Handwritten Letter from Rabbi Meshulam Zalman HaCohen, Av Beis Din of Furth. In the letter, Rabbi Meshulam Zalman requests from the leading powers to exempt the poor from the inheritance tax. Rabbi Meshulam Zalman HaCohen (1739 – 1820) was the Av Beis Din and Rosh Yeshiva of Furth and author of Bigdei Kehuna.
