Torah, Nevi'im and Kesuvim. Precisely edited and proofread based on ancient manuscripts, with Italian translation of select words.
Vol. 1 has 3 title pages. Vol. 2-4 with 2 title pages. The first title page is illustrated with pillars and architectural designs, and the others with magnificent bronze engravings portraying scenes and figures from Tanach by the famed Italian artist Francesco Griselini.
Two first title pages are printed in red ink with the printer's emblem on verso.

Early Prophets [499]. 108 leaves, [1] chart. Depiction of Yehoshua, Shmuel, and Dovid.

Scriptures [501]. [224], 348 leaves, [1] chart. Illustration of Dovid kneeling before Hashem in front of a Sefer Tehillim.
Rabbi Simcha Calimani’s rules of Hebrew grammar (sefer Klalei HaDikduk) are printed in the beginning of the Tanach, and an 80-year Jewish calendar appears at its end. Rabbi Simcha Calimani a prominent Rav in Venice edited and proofread this edition of Tanach.

Rare to find this Tanach complete and so well preserved. The Jerusalem National Library does not possess a complete set of this edition.
