"הנהלת שכזו האומרת בגלוי: "שאין תקומה לישוב אם לא נחלל את השבת וכ"י. הדוקרת בדבריה בלב כל שלומי אמוני ישראל, ומחללת את כל קדשינו, אין לה מקום במוסד ציבורי לאומי שכזה".
המכתב חתום חתום ע"י הרב משה צבי הלוי, הרב שלמה זלמן שך, וחתימה נוספת לא מזוהה.
