Lehi Handbill – don't pay taxes to the 'Government of Chaos' – November 1947
This Lehi handbill circulated in the fall of 1947. It derisively calls the British Authorities 'Government of Chaos' (Tohu va Vohu, after Genesis 1:2) and exhorts people not to pay them any taxes. 'Pay your taxes to a Jewish fund. We can take care of ourselves.'
