תערוכת אגודת אנקרה Exlibris 1999 catalog - Preface: I consider the Exlibris Association, which has gained the distinction of being the first in our country, as an important organization operating towards the development of culture and art in Turkey. Although your association, which brings together Exlibris artists, designers and users, is still young, it has successfully represented our country with the awards it has won internationally. Your association, which researches and implements exlibris as a branch of art and sets goals for itself in this field, is responsible for all aspects of art, which is a universal branch of communication. I would like to express that our support, as the Ministry of Culture, will continue in their efforts. I believe that exlibris, which is an old art form known in the world, has become widespread in our country with the efforts of volunteers like you, will develop further with our valuable artists who devote their hearts to this branch of art and work on this subject, and will bring many more awards to our country in international exhibitions and competitions. I would like to thank all our artists. . İstemihan Talay Minister of Culture
