The Israel Union List registers this Part B however their latest Part A
is the 24th edition 1938.
Here we have the Part A 25th edition 1939.
BTW both are not existing copies but
rather electronic listings. The 1939 set would seem rare and would seem the last edition printed in Poland before WW2 and the Holocaust/
