ANASTAS MIKOYAN USSR MINISTER OF FOREIGN TRADE
(1895-1978) Armenian Communist revolutionary, Old Bolshevik and Soviet statesman. His career extended from the days of Lenin, to the eras of Stalin and Khrushchev, to his peaceful retirement under Brezhnev. 1947 document sent to Comrade Mikoyan as the Minister of Foreign Trade to request one of the Foreign Trade organizations 'Stankolnport' to pay R$69,313.20 for 'delivered machinery'. Signed by Anastas Mikoyan in his unusual blue pencil, 'Agreed. A. Mikoyan', 11.75 x 8.25 inches. Binder holes.
