ALLIED JAPANESE SURRENDER LEAFLET
American propaganda leaflet dropped on Japanese soldiers during WWII encouraging Japanese soldiers to surrender. The leaflet states that Japanese soldiers will be treated well if they surrender. The leaflet reads, 'The bearer has ceased resistance. Treat him in accordance with international law. Take him to the nearest commanding officer. C.-in-C. Allied Forces.' Approx. 10.5 x 9 inches. Minor loss and abrasions at top edge, old adhesive at top edge, vertical fold, mailing folds, minor loss on edges, and 1-inch tear on right edge.
