HANS BEISSWENGER
(1916-1943) German Luftwaffe fighter ace, Oberleutnant Jagdgeschwader 54, recipient of the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross with Oak Leaves. Reported as missing in action in March 1943 over Russia. Signed Hoffmann b/w photo postcard, signed across his chest in black ink. 3.5 x 5.5, stamped 'Feldpost' on the back with small album page remnant.
