HANNA REITSCH
(1912-1979) Highly accomplished German aviator and test pilot. Reitsch was among the very last people to meet Adolf Hitler alive in the Fuhrerbunker in late April 1945. A.L.S. Frankfurt, 14.8.71., 'With best wishes I return the enclosed and signed envelopes - Yours sincerely Hanna Reitsch', nice bold signature on a sheet, slight toning, folds, a few small tears one the left, 1-inch tear at top, else good.
