WWII 48 STAR AMERICAN FUNERAL FLAG
A 48-star American flag, 4 x 6 feet, made by Detra, bearing the Bull Dog Bunting stamp, 2-ply moth proof cotton fabric with metal grommets. Made sometime during the end of WWII. The flag is tightly folded and has not been unrolled. Information about the previous owner is unknown. On July 4, 1912, the U.S. flag grew to 48 stars with the addition of New Mexico and Arizona.
