GERMAN WWII ZUNDAPP FACTORY HELMET
Black painted Zundapp factory Luftschutz/Fire helmet, the front of the helmet bears the Zundapp company decal, the helmet has a fabric liner with a drawstring and an aluminum band attached at three points. The plastic chin strap is attached to the aluminum band of the liner. The helmet is stamped on the skirt 'RLB' and bears remnants of a decal from the 'Werk(schutz) gemaess Luftsch(utz)... Werke Nurnberg.' During WWII Zundapp produced motorcycle sidecars for the German Wehrmacht.
