HAMAZASP BABAZHANYAN SOVIET MARSHAL OF THE ARMORED TROOPS
(1906 - 1977) Soviet Armenian Chief Marshal of the Armored Troops. He was awarded the title Hero of the Soviet Union in 1944. Typed letter, no place, no date, congratulating comrade Kharchenko, Marshall of the Engineering Troops, to May Day and Victory Day. Signed in blue ink at conclusion. Missing upper left corner, mailing folds, bumped edges.
