Three "Shana Tova" cards - the Jewish Brigade
* Opened Shana Tova card - 'The Jewish Soldier's Club' - Atalia Rome. On the right is a dove and an olive tree in the mouth, on the background an Israeli flag. on the left: "Happy New Year", Italy, Rosh Hashana Eve, 1945. Ink stamp of the teachers union service. Filing holes. Very fine condition.
* Happy New Year card - Palestine Company 18 for providing maps - the Jewish Brigade. 1944, PAL SURVEY MAP DEPORT R.E 18 New Year's Eve, 1944 - with a map of the Land of Israel and the inscription "And the sons returned to their borders." On the lower right is the caption: "May I wonder this is the last year of the bondage and the first of redemption." 13x9 cm. Stains, good condition.
