A LARGE BRONZE INCENSE SHOVEL
Roman Period, 2nd century CE. 35.5 cm. The sides are decorated with olive branches and the handle is made in the form of a pillar with a Corinthian capital, terminating in a leaf. With nice green patina and in very good condition. For similar shovels, see. Y. Yadin, Bar-Kokhba, 1971, p. 94.
