Antique c1890s Star of Bethlehem Quilt measuring about 68 x 68. Star reads patriotic with red, white, and blue prints with some mourning prints and other period fabrics. The star sits against a Garibaldi red with white dot fabric. It is hand pieced and had quilted. Medium loft batting and an off-white cotton reverse with printed Grantville Sheeting printed on the back. The edge is finished with the front applied to the back by hand. It Is in fair condition with some with some dark spots some light spots, and conservation efforts noted. Workmanship is also primitive. If you have any doubt, please ask questions! We will provide extra pictures, or can schedule an in person or video conference preview at your convenience. In house Flat Rate Shipping of $25 is a domestic shipping estimate for first quilt and includes insurance. We will gladly combine multiple lots for your convenience and economy.
