Best known for the rich detail and realistic style of
his watercolor paintings, Nicholas P Santoleri continues
to gain popularity throughout the art world. Born in
1957, Santoleri grew up in the rural environment of
Chester County, Pennsylvania. During his childhood, he
developed a fascination of and appreciation for the land-
scape and colonial architecture found in that area. His
artistic vision has broadened to include a wide range of
subjects. Through his watercolors, Nicholas Santoleri
hopes to evoke a sense of nostalgia blended with his
belief that the past must be permitted to intertwine with
the
