Ruby and Diamond Ring. The 7.90 carat oval-cut ruby is prong set in an 18 karat white gold ring with approximately 1.50 carts of round, brilliant-cut, near colorless diamonds in the halo. The ring is US size 5 and has a ribbed side gallery. This ring can be resized for an additional $75, please allow an additional 10 days for shipping if we resize it.
