The approximate 5.00 carat genuine ruby is prong-set in a 14 karat yellow gold slide-style pendant that has .45 carats of round, brilliant-cut, G-H color, VS clarity diamonds in the halo. The pendant is approximately 3/4" diameter and weighs 4.3 grams. This is a preowned, estate item in excellent condition.
