Welfare card (Wohlfahrts-Karte) of the German-Israelite Community Federation (Deutsch-Israelitischer Gemeindebund), Berlin: on one side a sepia portrait of the historian Prof. Dr. Martin Philippson (1846-1916), a leader of German Jewry, on the other side the blue seal of the federation with a Star of David and the caption ”Prof. Dr. Martin Philippson”.
