(1) First flight cover of airmail route F.A.M. 34 from Houston, Texas to Asuncion, Paraguay, with a printed illustrated cachet of the route map and the Paraguayan flag inscribed UNITED STATES AIR MAIL FIRST FLIGHT, A.M.F. HOUSTON TEX postmark dated 6 March 1950, franked with a 5 cent Roosevelt memorial stamp and a 6 cent airmail stamp, addressed to John J. Bostwick of Grand Rapids, Michigan; (2) folded illustrated card commemorating General Anthony Wayne, with his portrait, a photograph of the Wayne Memorial Blockhouse at Erie, Pennsylvania and a printed explanatory text, franked with the 2 cent Battle of Fallen Timbers commemorative of 1929, Erie machine cancel, addressed to Francis R. Croft of Jamestown, New York. Good condition, light age marks, exactly as photographed.
