Car badge of the AUTOMOBILE CLUB TOURING ASSOCIATION OF PALESTINE, designed by Ze'ev Raban and Meir Gur-Arie. A cast metal radiator badge with a silvered finish, in the form of a standing camel against a wheel, the base bearing the raised inscription AUTOMOBILE CLUB TOURING ASSOCIATION OF PALESTINE. The badge was designed by the Bezalel artists Ze'ev Raban and Meir Gur-Arie. The reverse carries the mounting screw and casting seat. Height about 11 cm, as measured against a ruler in the photographs. Signs of use, rubbing and wear to the plating. Good condition, exactly as photographed.
