Lot of 6 colour postcards of streets in the Old City of Jerusalem, drawn and hand coloured, one of them carrying the artist's signature. The views show a street descending to the Jaffa Gate crowded with people and a flag flying from a rooftop, a vaulted alley with women carrying baskets on their heads and a rider on a laden donkey, an arch spanning the street above the heads of passers by, stepped alleys and a busy market street. The captions are in three languages, French, English and Italian, one card adding a caption in Hebrew, and another naming the native quarter. Good condition.
