1904 Named Army Iowa National Guard Commission Document. Named to First Lieutenant Roy B. Champion, Company “J” Fifty Fourth Regiment of Infantry National Guard. Signed by Governor Albert B. Cummins. This auction house is not sure if the Governor’s signature is an actual one or facsimile. Size is 14 x 17 inches. A couple tears to the document that do not affect the promotion. Wear from age and handling.
