1899 Massachusetts Army Officers Commission Document
1899 Commonwealth of Massachusetts Named Army Officer Commission Document. Named to 1st Lieutenant Benjamin Mitchell of Marblehead. Company G, 8th Infantry Regiment, 2nd Brigade. Signed by Brigadier General William A. Bancroft on the reverse. Also, signed by Governor Roger Wolcott on the front. Size is 15 x 20 inches. Good condition with wear along the edges and stains from age.
