Asya Feoktistova (03/08/1967) is an artist working in the classical medium - painting. The artistic style of the artist is recognizable due to the expressiveness of the visual part of the works, the monumentality of the image (in most cases, the artist prefers to work with multi-meter canvases) and a complex range of sensual content. The artist finds plots for her work in the world around her and people, broadcasting projections of her internal states to the hosts. The concept of "nature" in the artistic concept of Asya Feoktistova often acts not only as a context for creating works, but also mainly.

The artist was born in Nizhny Novgorod and from childhood she understood her path. In 1986 she graduated from the Moscow Academic Art School. An important stage in the creative development of the artist was the decade from 1984-1994. — training and work in the studio of the Nizhny Novgorod artist O.G. Bordeya.

Asya Feoktistova has been exhibiting since 1990, during this period there were 72 exhibitions, 40 of which are personal. Since 2017, he has been one of the organizers and chairman of the board of trustees of the FUTURO gallery (Nizhny Novgorod). The works of Asya Feoktistova are in private collections in Moscow, London, Dublin, New York, Vienna, Paris, Krasnoyarsk, Perm, St. R. Kyzlasov (Abakan), Nizhny Novgorod State Art Museum (Nizhny Novgorod), Zvenigorod Historical, Architectural and Art Museum.
