This pin features a shield with the Greek letters, a lamp of knowledge, and genuine diamond on a field of black enamel surrounded by a border of 20 full pearls. The back of the pin is engraved ”Barbara Barksdale, 3-22-43, Alpha Omicron. The Alpha Omicron Chapter was founded at Madison University in Virginia.
