ק' דף; 19 ס"מ. כריכה עתיקה (אולי חצי עור מקורית). מעט כתמים וקרעים קלים. מצב טוב - טוב מאוד.
הגאון הקדוש רבי יהודה פתיה זצ"ל [תרי"ט - תש"ב] מגדולי המקובלים וחכמי בבל. תלמידו של מרן ה"בן איש חי" בבגדאד. לאחר עלותו לעיה"ק ירושלים בשנת תרצ"ד למד בישיבת המקובלים של הגה"ק הרב השד"ה יחד עם רעו הגה"ק רבי יעקב חיים סופר ה'כף החיים'. היה מורה הוראה ומקובל, עסק רבות בתיקונים ובקמיעות, ובמשך שנים טיפל בהוצאת 'דיבוקים' ו'רוחות רעות', כפי שהוא מספר בעצמו בספרו "הרוחות מספרות". בתקופת מלחמת העולם השנייה חיבר תפילות ותיקונים ע"פ הקבלה, וארגן מעמדי תפילה של גדולי המקובלים להצלת יושבי ארץ ישראל מידי הצוררים ימ"ש. ספריו: 'בית לחם יהודה', 'מתוק לנפש' ועוד.
