In order for us to be able to process your purchases swiftly and efficiently, and ensure they are quickly shipped to you, please complete the payment process without delay.
Payments are in Israeli Shekels only, calculated by the median rate of exchange of the US Dollar at the day of the auction or at the day of the actual payment, the highest of the two, as per the Bris Pinchas Heter Iska.
It is possible to pick up your purchase in person, but in such case you must you must coordinate this in advance.
Shipping costs:
Registered mail in Israel up to 2 kg: 30 Shekels
Registered mail in Israel between 2 and 5 kg: 45 Shekels
We are sorry but we do not offer registered mail service for packages above 5 kg.
Courier service in Israel:
In Bne Brak, courier delivery: 30 Shekels.
Regular courier service in Israel is a flat rate for each package measuring up to 40 X 40 X 40 (cm) and weighing less than 10 Kg: 60 Shekels.
For packages exceeding the above measurements/weight the price is 120 Shekels, but limitations apply. Please contact the auction house.
International courier services prices depend on the size and weight of the package. There is a fast express delivery via DHL which in most cases shall arrive within 2-3 days. Another option is via ekopost with the Israeli postal service for packages up to 2KG. Delivery time is usually between 1.5-2 weeks. The most economical delivery method is via sea and surface delivery, and delivery time is estimated between 1.5 to 3 months with limited tracking capabilities.

In this copy, the title page is missing and pages 177 - 180 in part B have been bound twice instead of pages 180-184.

Fancy leather covers slightly damaged, the covers are detached and one of them is torn in two. Adhesions on the title page with damage to the text. A few tears and stains and several torn pages. in part 1 moth damage and in some parts a little damage to the text. part 2- at several places very few moth holes. In general good condition.

שולחן ערוך, אורח חיים, ב"ח דפוס ראשון של החיבורים 'שערי תשובה' ו'יד אפרים' מהאחים הגאונים והקדושים רבי חיים מרדכי מרגליות אב"ד דובנא ורבי אפרים זלמן מרגליות מברודי. חיבורים אלו נדפסו בחייהם!

ה'שערי תשובה' כולל בתוכו פסקי הלכה מספרי השו"ת והינו ספר יסוד בלימוד השולחן ערוך, מאז ההדפסה שלפנינו נדפס כמעט בכל מהדורות השו"ע ומרן החפץ חיים הדפיסו גם בספרו 'משנה ברורה'.

דובנא, תק"פ 1820. ב"ח בשני כרכים. ח"א: [10] שע"א ד'; ח"ב: במקור: [2], שכה, [1] ד'; בעותק זה חסר שער ח"ב ודפים קע"ז - ק"פ בח"ב נכרכו פעמיים במקום דפים קפ"א - קפ"ד. 21.5 ס"מ. חלק מאותיות השער בדיו אדום. בדף אחרון לוח מועדי השנה לתקופה של ארבעים שנה.

הסכמות חשובות מאוד מאוד, בהם הסכמתו היחידה! של האדמו"ר האמצעי מחב"ד (דער מיטעלער רבי). והסכמות מרן החתם סופר, האדמו"ר ה'אוהב ישראל' מאפטא, רבי יעקב מליסא בעל הנתיבות, רבי מרדכי מקרמניץ בנו של הרה"ק מזלטשוב, רבי אריה ליב קצנלנבוגן אב"ד בריסק.

סטפנסקי ספרי יסוד מס' 191

כריכות עור מהודרות מעט פגועות, הכריכות מנותקות ואחת מהם קרועה לשניים. הדבקות בדף השער עם פגיעות בטקסט. מעט קרעים וכתמים ומספר דפים מנותקים. בכ"א נזקי עש ובחלקם מעט פגיעות בטקסט. בכ"ב במספר מקומות מעט מאוד נקבי עש. באופן כללי מצב טוב.
