Rabbinic ordination penned and signed by Hagaon Harav Aharon Ausch, Av Beis Din of Lupeni. Erev Rosh Chodesh Tamuz 193… (1938?)
"… outstanding student of the gaon, the famed Eagle of Israel the Av Beis Din of Shamloy… and he had a semichah certificate from the beis din there… I was astounded that such a young person had such a precise grasp of the denim in Sulchan Aruch Orach Chaim and everything related to hora'ah and he was well versed in them and their names…"
16/19.5 cm. 16 lines in his handwriting, his signature and his stamp. A few tears at the fold lines. Some stains. Good condition.
סמיכה לרבנות בכ"י וחתימת הגאון רבי אהרן אויש אב"ד לופעני. ער"ח תמוז תרצ...(תרצ"ח? 1938?).
"...תלמיד מובהק לאותו הגאון נשר ישראל המפורסם אבד"ק שאמלויא... ובידו מכתב תעודה וסמיכת הוראה מהב"ד דשם... וראיתי כמשתומם איך צעיר לימים עלתה בידו להיות קולע אל השערה בדיני שו"ע או"ח וכל השייכים לההוראה ובקי בהם ובשמותיהן...".
16/19.5 ס"מ. 16 שורות בכ"י, חתימתו וחותמו. מעט קרעים במקומות הקיפול. מעט כתמים. מצב טוב.
הגאון רבי אהרן אויש חתנו של הרה"ק רבי חיים פרידלנדר מליסקא בעל ה'טל חיים'. כיהן במשך חמישים שנה כאב"ד לופעני. בשנותיו המאוחרות עבר לגרוסוורדיין. היה ת"ח וידען מופלג, כאשר כל חייו הקדיש ללימוד התורה הק'. כשעלה לארץ הקודש, תחילה התיישב בנתניה ולאחמ"כ עבר לירושלים עיה"ק כשהוא מוסר שיעור בקביעות בישיבת 'שומרי אמונים'. נפטר ב-ד' סיון תשכ"א 1961.
